    If after you select a video file from your computer you don't get a status bar and "Post Video" link to upload the video, check and make sure that you have the Adobe Flash Plugin downloaded and installed and enabled in your browser. Video uploads to the site are handled by the Adobe Flash Plugin so you need to have it installed and enabled in order to upload videos. You may have to give your browser permission to use the plugin on our site in order to enable it.

    Please note that most mobile browsers do not support the Flash plugin, so you will need to upload your video from a desktop computer.

    To upload a video to your listing from your computer: 

    • Go the dashboard for your listing and click on "Videos" in the left-hand column. When viewing your listings dashboard on a mobile device, "Videos" is listed in the menu right above your listing. 
    • Click on "Add New Video"
    • Give your video a title and description, and click on the dropdown menu for "Video Source" and choose "My Computer" 
    • Click on "Add Video" and find the file on your computer.
    • An overall progress bar will appear but THE UPLOAD WON'T BEGIN UNTIL YOU CLICK ON THE "POST VIDEO" LINK below the progress bar. Once you click on "Post Video" your upload should begin as long as you have Adobe flash installed and enabled on your browser.
    • Once the file is uploaded it will need to be processed before it is available on your listing. You will get an email when your video is done processing.
