After-hours party. Often attended by restaurant and bar employees after those places shut down. You don't have to have an invitation or be on a list or anything. It can be incredibly hot, but sometimes it is hit or miss. This is not a mandatory clothes check party but it is highly recommended that you check your valuables. Pickpockets have been known to clean out pockets while pants are around ankles. I also find the level of aggression to be higher at this party than most and that it seems to attract a handful of men that do not know how to respect boundaries or take "no" for an answer. But as long as you go in armed with this knowledge and react accordingly, there are usually some hot early morning times to be had here. The party really takes off around 4am when many bars close.
