The party is being held at Ronnie's Playhouse, a totally private, members only space, not open to the public, and you must be a "a friend of Ronnie or Cosmo" to enter. You must also be nice, friendly, and totally open-minded. This is a drug-free, alcohol-free zone for sober people who want to hang out with other sober people. No illegal activities of any kind will be tolerated."
