It first started as POZ4Play by an HIV+ guy who preferred to have sex only with other HIV+ guys and wanted to avoid the hassle of disclosure, rejection and/or transmission. With the advancements in medical prevention of HIV transmission with PrEP and undetectable viral load, the guys decided to open up the group to include PrEP users. More info at www.Manifest4U.org.
