Tuesday nights at the Eagle has only the first floor open in order to keep the smaller crowd in close proximity to each other which leads to lots of hot action in the darker areas. Note that despite what the bar states in it's emails and on it's website that it's open until 4am, it actually usually closes at 3am on Mondays and Tuesdays.
